The Standard Bank Pro 20 series is a 20 over competition held in South Africa between their various province.The tournament was first played in the year 2003 which was won by the Gestetner Diamond Eagles team.Both the Gestetner Diamond Eagles team and the Nashua Titans team have 2 titles each and are considered to be successfull team.Nashua Titans are the current winners of the tournament.

Each team plays the other teams once,after which the top four teams in the points table is selected for the Semifinals.The winners of the Semifinals then play against each other in the finals.The Zimbabwean team was invited to play the tournament in the 2008 season.South Africa is the second country to start a domestic competition with 20 overs after England and like in England the tournament was a big hit.
