Sri Lanka Premier Limited Overs Tournament

The Premier League Limited over Tournament is a list A Domestic cricket competition held in SriLanka between the various first class cricket clubs in SriLanka.This tournament is similar to the Sri Lanka Premier League as it is also based on the two Tier System.Each Premier Tier have 10 teams each.

The Sinhalese Cricket club, which is the oldest cricket club in SriLanka have always been successful in domestic cricket tournaments ,they are the current(2007/08) winners of the Limited overs Tournment.It is important to note that they are the current winners of the Premier league as well.

At the end of the tournament the team placed at the top of the table in Tier B is promoted to Tier A while the team placed at the bottom of the table in Tier A is depromoted to Tier B for the next season.
