The New Zeland cricket team is the national cricket team that represents NewZealand in international cricket.They are governed by Cricket New Zealand.They are popularly known as the "Black Cats".their tst status was granted on 1930.They played their first test match at Lancaster Park against England from 10 to to 13 th Jan on 1930.Stephen Fleming is considered to be the most succesful New Zealand captain ever , he withdrew from the captaincy post recently.Though they had not won any major titles they are considered to be a strong team.They won the ICC Champion trophy on 2000. S.E bond is placed in 10th position in the ICC bowlers ranking for test cricket and 3rd in ODI .Daniel Vittori ,current captain of the New Zealand team is in 2nd position while Kyle Millis is placed in the 10th position in the ICC bowler rankings for ODI.
