They successfully managed to establish KFC Twenty20 Big bash tournament,which is a domestic competition with 20-20 format.The tournament is governed by cricket Australia which is the cricket board of the Australian cricket team.The format of the tournament Round Robin followed by knock out.In the tournament all the teams played 5 games each and the team placed in the 1st and the 2 and position on the points table played the final in the home ground of the first placed team.The current champions of the KFC Twenty20 Big Bash tournament is Victorian Bushrangers who is the most successful team among the 6 teams.
